to drive client acquisition and expand our enterprise partnership pipelines across the UAE and broader GCC markets.

Operating completely remote from within the UAE, you will take full ownership of the mid-market sales cycle—from engaging qualified inbound leads to presenting tailored technical product demonstrations and closing high-value subscription contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- **End-to-End Pipeline Management:**
- Drive the full B2B sales cycle, mapping out prospective client needs, delivering compelling software presentations, and converting mid-market corporate accounts into active partners.
- **Strategic Client Consultation:**
- Interface confidently with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leads, and corporate executives to demonstrate how our automated AI integrity tools and data-driven recruitment pipelines solve operational friction.
- **Revenue Generation:**
- Meet and exceed predictable monthly and quarterly sales quotas, managing pipeline velocity cleanly inside our corporate CRM framework.
- **Contract & Negotiation Handling:**
- Structure multi-tier SaaS subscription proposals, handle pricing negotiations, and guide corporate clients through smooth onboarding sign-offs.
- **Market Expansion Insight:**
- Track regional tech recruitment trends, client feedback loops, and competitive landscapes across the GCC to help optimize our regional growth strategy.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- **Proven B2B Sales Track Record:**
- 2+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or high-performing Sales Representative within a fast-paced B2B SaaS platform, tech startup, digital agency, or corporate services company.
- **CRM & Pipeline Literacy:**
- Hands-on proficiency navigating modern sales tech stacks and CRM environments (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tracking software) to maintain transparent pipeline documentation.
- **The ROI Mindset:**
- An unyielding commercial focus, comfortable pitching high-value solutions, managing objections, and tracking performance metrics with data-driven accuracy.
- **Elite Communication Precision:**
- Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to structure precise, value-driven professional correspondence and command commercial pitches. (Arabic fluency or regional multi-lingual capability is a strong commercial asset but not mandatory).
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent high-performing enterprise sales background.
