1–2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

A customer-centric mindset with an unstoppable drive to hit and exceed targets.

Exceptional communication and active listening skills. You know how to build rapport quickly over the phone, via video, or email.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar modern CRMs.

A highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Solid understanding of the Australian business landscape.
