Account Data Analyst

Role mission

Essential duties

• Inspect tires and collect wear and removal data at trucking fleets and off-the-road job sites.
• Track tread wear, hours or miles in service, removal reasons, and truck and earthmover scrap-out analysis.
• Create and maintain account dashboards and reports on performance trends and cost per hour or mile.
• Present account performance and scrap-out findings.
• Join customer visits with sales representatives and help present findings.
• Gather field data from fleet managers and maintenance leads; flag service opportunities and customer risks.
• Maintain accurate CRM or tracking-system records and learn product-line specifications.
• Travel regularly within the territory.
• Protect company assets, work safely, attend according to schedule, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required knowledge and abilities

• A driver’s license is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of tire brands, designs, treads, safety and functional procedures, and relevant customer markets.
• Knowledge of customer service, mathematics, sales and marketing, data analysis, and information processing.
• Proficient use of computer hardware and software, CRM systems, Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• Use critical thinking, reasoning, service orientation, persuasion, and effective communication with internal and external contacts.
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds; standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, leaning, and driving; and seeing and hearing.

Schedule and travel

• Regular travel within the territory is required.
• Regular attendance is required in accordance with the assigned schedule.

Compensation

• Listed salary range is USD 55,000–75,000 per year.
