Position Summary
Meshkat is seeking an Account cum Operations Manager to manage accounting, inventory
control, invoicing, receivables, reporting, and operational coordination.
The role requires
strong control over stock movement, financial accuracy, customer accounts, compliance,
and internal processes using the Zoho ERP system.
1. Inventory & Warehouse Control
Maintain accurate inventory records and SKU management in Zoho.
Verify GRNs against supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Ensure correct SKU, quantity, and pricing during invoicing and dispatch.
Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to prevent stock shortages.
Ensure customer returns, replacements, and stock adjustments are properly recorded
in Zoho.
Conduct stock reconciliation and coordinate physical stock counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system mismatches.
2. Accounts, Finance & Commercial Control
Maintain accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books/Inventory.
Process sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer, supplier, and bank accounts regularly.
Ensure customer statements are accurate and updated before sharing with clients.
Verify invoices for correct pricing, quantities, payment terms, and tax calculations.
Ensure adherence to approved pricing and payment terms.
Process credit notes, debit notes, and account adjustments with proper approvals.
Prepare monthly financial, receivable, inventory, and operational reports.Assist in account finalization and audit coordination.
Prepare and coordinate VAT submissions in compliance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate Corporate Tax documentation and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper financial records, approvals, and supporting documents.
3. Operations Coordination
Coordinate between sales, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and accounts teams.
Monitor order processing from quotation to delivery.
Track pending orders, deliveries, returns, and operational issues.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up across departments.
Improve operational processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
Support management with reporting, forecasting, and process monitoring.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
3–5 years of experience in accounting and operations.
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
Knowledge of inventory control, receivables management, VAT, and UAE Corporate
Tax.
Strong Excel, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain process accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Inventory accuracy and stock control.
Reduction in invoicing and SKU errors.
Accuracy of receivables and customer account statements.
Timely VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Reduction in operational discrepancies and delays.
Stock availability and order fulfillment efficiency.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
