Job Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, STEM degree preferred.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Minimum Five (5) years’ related experience in Order Management/Inside Sales preferred.
  • Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Basic understanding of materials and product usage.
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to develop interpersonal relationships.
  • Proven abilities in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis utilizing intermediate math skills.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook and CRM. Familiarity with SAP and IBP a plus.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Position Specific Responsibilities:
  • Location (On-site): Role can sit in: Golden, Colorado, San Jose, California, Hillsboro, Oregon, Worcester, Massachusetts, or Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
  • Travel: Ability to travel approx. 20% to customer locations or CoorsTek facilities.
  • Compensation: The posted range is for the Golden, CO area and may vary by region.
  • Target Hiring Range
  • Annual Salary: USD 112,767.00 - USD 155,055.00
  • Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
