Overview
- Crane Craft Transport & General Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounting team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting activities, and supporting reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Prepare, issue, and file invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions and records.
- Track and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain proper filing systems and financial documentation.
- Support VAT preparation, filing, and compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.
