Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organized Account cum Admin Executive to manage daily office operations and support our tourism and water sports business.
The candidate will handle online bookings, customer communication, company accounts, social media coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage online booking platforms and booking schedules
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media
- Maintain good customer relationships and follow-up support
- Manage company business accounts and daily account records
- Coordinate with staff and assist in office administration
- Update and manage booking websites and online listings
- Support social media page management and online responses
- Prepare reports, invoices, and basic accounting records
- Maintain organized company documents and records
Requirements
- Experience in administration, customer service, or accounts preferred
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, social media, and online booking systems
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations independently
- Responsible, organized, and professional attitude
Preferred
- Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality industry
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
Salary
Salary will be discussed during the interview based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
