The Accommodation Supervisor oversees hotel housekeeping, cleanliness, and guest service.
The role supports memorable guest experiences through well-maintained rooms and facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Inspect checkout rooms, occupied rooms, service areas, storage areas, and corridors.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Maintain housekeeping inventory and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Deliver excellent service, including handling VIP and special guest requests.
