The Accommodation Supervisor oversees hotel housekeeping, cleanliness, and guest service.
Responsibilities
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping team members to maintain guest-room cleanliness and quality.
- Inspect checkout and occupied rooms, service areas, storage, and corridors for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Report and follow up on maintenance and facility concerns.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
- Manage housekeeping stock and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
