Responsibilities
- Oversee accommodation operations and the condition of rooms, common areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and facilities.
- Conduct inspections, report maintenance or safety issues, and follow up corrective actions.
- Manage room allocations, occupancy, check-ins, check-outs, and accommodation records.
- Coordinate with HR, Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping on accommodation matters.
- Ensure policy, accommodation, health, safety, and hygiene compliance; address employee concerns professionally.
- Maintain records and supplies, enforce accommodation rules, handle incidents, and report emergencies.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience in staff accommodation, hotel operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Organizational and communication skills and ability to manage employees and accommodation concerns professionally.
- Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and accommodation standards.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic computer and reporting skills, flexible availability, problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
