Overview
Maintain records of all staff residing in the camp on a daily basis.
To Inspect all the company accommodations and submit the observation reports and follow up with the camp boss to close the observations
To submit the Monthly Camp Inspection reports of all the camps, combining all the areas of the camps with all rooms after and before images
Coordinate with all the concern Departments if any Transfer of employees from ServeU Camps is required.
Monitor and log the complaints for the maintenance, Cleaning issues and highlight to the Cleaning Supervisors / Engineers
Ensure all the complaints (Maintenance and other issues) are solved and coordinate with camp supervisor and ACTM.
Raise the QIR against such violation case as per Supervisor and ACTM Instruction
Ensure that all the Accommodation contracts are available in the file
Municipality file must be kept updated always.
Liaise with Municipality Inspector and submit the comments to ACTM
Monitor & Control to reduce Water and Electricity consumption
Provide a daily report to the Accommodation & Transport manager of all employees and the camp.
Liaise with the ACTM on issues connected to the camp
Coordinate with the Engineer of the camp and mobile team regarding maintenance work
Maintain a logbook of all complaints and suggestions
Follow up all Maintenance issues which are under Company if not request the Landlord to complete them.
Ensure to all camp staffs are alert on all the Accommodation issues
Liaise with the Landlord in all matters regarding the maintenance of the camp.
Ensure that Company assets are not misused
Ensure to register all Accommodation Assets under respective camp staffs and record to be forwarded to Head Office.
Coordinate with Transport for all requirements
Received the new arrivals and distribute the beddings for them.
Accommodation arrangements for new arrivals and transferred people as coordinating with camp supervisor
All the request of others Department to be followed on timely and inform to ACTM if any difficulties
Send report to ACTM daily and monthly.
Sumit the consumption details of Cooking Gas to the management.
Keep Record for the items delivered in the accommodations
To Report incidents, Accidents on timely manner to the QHSE and to the Manager
Liaise with municipality authorized and inspector concerning the accommodation issue.
