Accommodation Coordinator

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate short-term and long-term accommodation bookings for clients and employees.
• Liaise with property owners, hotels, and service providers to secure suitable housing options.
• Ensure all accommodations meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes, including documentation and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Respond promptly to accommodation-related issues, complaints, and maintenance requests.
• Negotiate rental rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Support onboarding of new staff by arranging timely housing assignments.
• Monitor availability of accommodations and forecast future housing needs.
• Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent accommodation needs.
• Knowledge of Doha housing market is an advantage.
