About This Role
Position Summary
The Accommodation Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of client and employee accommodation services for Stay Easy LLC in Doha.
This role ensures that housing arrangements are efficient, cost-effective, comfortable, and aligned with company standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate short-term and long-term accommodation bookings for clients and employees.
- Liaise with property owners, hotels, and service providers to secure suitable housing options.
- Ensure all accommodations meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes, including documentation and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Respond promptly to accommodation-related issues, complaints, and maintenance requests.
- Negotiate rental rates and terms with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Support onboarding of new staff by arranging timely housing assignments.
- Monitor availability of accommodations and forecast future housing needs.
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, or facilities coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent accommodation needs.
- Knowledge of Doha housing market is an advantage.
