Responsibilities

  • Lead accessibility testing activities across web and mobile banking applications. Evaluate digital products for compliance with accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. Act as an accessibility champion by providing guidance and best practices to cross-functional teams. Conduct accessibility audits, reviews, and assessments during all phases of product development. Validate accessibility compliance using manual and assistive technology testing techniques. Create and maintain accessibility testing strategies, documentation, standards, and guidelines. Identify accessibility gaps and provide actionable remediation recommendations. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to accessibility, usability, and customer experience.
