Role Description

The ACC Implementation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of ACC solutions for construction and infrastructure projects, including requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, and user onboarding.

The consultant collaborates with clients to understand business processes, translates them into technical and functional specifications, and ensures that implemented solutions align with project goals and industry standards.

Daily activities include conducting workshops and training sessions, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal technical teams, and providing post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.

The role also involves monitoring project progress, managing implementation timelines, and proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Project Implementation skills, including client engagement, requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery management.
  • Candidates should possess Software Implementation experience, with a focus on configuring, testing, and deploying ACC or related construction technology platforms.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to conduct training and presentations.
  • Relevant experience in ACC - Docs, Collaborate Pro, Build and related Autodesk solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in the construction or infrastructure sector in an implementation or consulting capacity is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, project-based environment.
