Mount Institute of Business Development in Dubai is seeking qualified and experienced trainers and assessors for its academic team.
The roles support learners enrolled in OTHM Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma programmes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions aligned with OTHM qualification requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning resources.
- Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
- Ensure assessments comply with OTHM standards and internal quality assurance procedures.
- Support students throughout their learning journey.
Subject specialisations
- Project Management; Accounting and Business; Health and Social Care Management; Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Information Technology; Business Management; Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the respective subject area.
- Strong subject knowledge and relevant industry or academic experience.
- Recognised teaching or training qualification or certification.
- Previous experience teaching, training, or assessing diploma-level programmes.
- Good communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with UK-regulated qualifications, particularly OTHM, is preferred.
- IQA or IV certification is an added advantage.
Employment information
