Role overview

Project planning and delivery

• Develop construction plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate projects from planning and design through construction and handover.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, contractual requirements, and project risks.
• Coordinate project stakeholders and oversee contractor performance and quality.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with construction, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate procurement, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project changes.
• Prepare reports and risk assessments, lead meetings, and maintain project documentation, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction planning, project management, or site operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deliver within agreed budgets and deadlines.
