About the role

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or master's degree, or currently pursuing a degree, in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related subject.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong conceptual understanding of the respective subject.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Interest in education, curriculum development, teaching, or academic content creation.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the academic team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review subject-wise academic content, worksheets, practice questions, assignments, and assessments.
• Assist with curriculum mapping, syllabus planning, and preparation of chapter-wise and topic-wise resources.
• Support creation of question papers, answer keys, and solutions.
• Check content for accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment.
• Help analyse student performance and identify learning gaps.
• Research teaching-learning resources and educational practices.
• Support teachers and academic initiatives, maintain quality standards, and participate in training, discussions, and assigned projects.

Pay

• Pay is up to ₹8,000 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person in Kabir Nagar, Raipur, as stated in the description.
