Academic Healthcare Facility Manager

About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Healthcare Manager to oversee nursing operations while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a solid background in healthcare quality management, preferably within an academic or training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (DOH/DHA/MOH)
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance evaluations
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance programs
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and incident management processes
• Support accreditation processes and continuous quality improvement activities
• Participate in staff competency assessments and training programs

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (as per operational requirement)
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of nursing supervisory/management experience
• 3–5 years of healthcare quality experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• License: Valid UAE healthcare license (DOH/DHA/MOH) or eligibility
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Work Location: In person
