Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Academic Healthcare Manager** to oversee nursing operations while ensuring the highest standards of healthcare quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a solid background in healthcare quality management, preferably within an academic or training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily nursing operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (DOH/DHA/MOH)
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and performance evaluations
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality assurance programs
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and incident management processes
- Support accreditation processes and continuous quality improvement activities
- Participate in staff competency assessments and training programs
Requirements
- **Gender:** Female (as per operational requirement)
- **Experience:**
- 3–5 years of nursing supervisory/management experience
- 3–5 years of healthcare quality experience
- **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- **License:** Valid UAE healthcare license (DOH/DHA/MOH) or eligibility
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
