Counselors and advisors guide students and parents through their university search and answer questions about programs.
Admissions counselor responsibilities
- Call prospective clients to understand whether they need help preparing their children for upcoming university, college, or high school intakes.
- Promote the company’s brand by phone.
- Maintain daily call reports.
- Highlight program and course benefits to attract and encourage students.
- Stay current on admissions processes, requirements, programs, majors, courses, and educational and financial aid developments.
- Guide students and parents through their university search.
Admissions counselor requirements
- Knowledge of UAE school curricula and universities.
- Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admission requirements and processes, scholarships, and financial aid resources.
- Experience filing college admission applications.
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people-reading skills; ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
