Key Responsibilities
Manage the administration of academic programs and courses.
Ensure academic schedules are followed and communicate any changes to faculty and students.
Coordinate the preparation of course materials and examinations.
Provide guidance to faculty on academic policies, teaching strategies, and technology use.
Assist in faculty recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
Organize and facilitate faculty meetings.
Oversee student registration and academic advising processes.
Collaborate with administrative departments such as student affairs, admissions, and finance to support academic operations.
Ensure effective coordination between academic and administrative functions.
Identify areas for academic program improvement and propose solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in higher education administration.
Requirements
**MBA graduates** with a minimum of **2 years of experience in college-level teaching**.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preference for candidates from Kerala.
Location: Dubai
