Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional **Academic Counselor** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate information about academic programs, and help students make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
- Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an added advantage
- Candidates from Kerala preferred
- Candidates on a Spouse Visa or Own Visa will be given preference
