Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor curriculum delivery, lesson plans and assessments.
- Mentor teachers through classroom observation, feedback and coaching.
- Design teacher induction, training and continuous professional development.
- Maintain academic calendars, student progress systems and quality standards.
- Support faculty recruitment, onboarding and performance development.
- Promote experiential learning, inclusive practices and appropriate educational technology.
- Support parent-teacher communication and resolve academic concerns.
- Partner with leadership to create academic SOPs and enrichment programmes.

- 5–9 years of school teaching, academic coordination or education leadership experience.
- Strong CBSE curriculum and assessment knowledge.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred; postgraduate study advantageous.
- Proven teacher mentoring, academic planning and communication skills.
