About Kodeit Global

Kodeit Global is a K–12 EdTech publisher building teacher-ready curriculum across ICT, Early Years, and Social Sciences — designed for immediate classroom use.

Our Early Years programme spans PreKG–KG2, and our Social Sciences curriculum is uniquely aligned to Middle Eastern contexts while meeting global academic benchmarks.

The Role

This is a hybrid academic–commercial position for an experienced Early Years curriculum leader — ideally a current or former Head of Department or Curriculum Head from an American curriculum school.

The role has two halves.

First, make our product better.

You will evaluate our Early Years curriculum through a practitioner's lens, identify gaps in scope, sequence, rigour, and usability, and work directly with our content development teams to sharpen it.

Then, take it to market.

You will present to school leaders across the UAE, win adoptions, support teachers through implementation, and grow a portfolio of partner schools.

Your pedagogical authority is your strongest commercial tool.

What You'Ll Do

  • Critically evaluate our Early Years curriculum and partner with content development teams to strengthen it
  • Identify and win American curriculum schools through a structured, well-managed pipeline
  • Conduct needs assessments with school leadership and deliver curriculum-grounded demonstrations tailored to Common Core, AERO, PYP Early Years, EYFS, or UAE MOE KG frameworks
  • Prepare tailored proposals, alignment maps, and pilot programme plans
  • Advise Principals, VPs, and Curriculum Coordinators on scope, sequence, learning outcomes, and standards alignment
  • Support teachers with PD and best-practice modelling using Kodeit resources
  • Maintain and grow partnerships through regular reviews, and identify expansion opportunities across year groups and subjects
  • Feed competitive intelligence and market trends back to product and strategy teams

What You'Ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field (required); postgraduate qualification in ECE, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership (preferred)
  • 3–5 years in Early Years academic leadership — ideally as a HOD or Curriculum Head in an American curriculum school — with hands-on curriculum evaluation and development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with American curriculum schools in the UAE; a track record of meeting acquisition or academic-leadership targets is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of American Early Years frameworks (Common Core, AERO, PYP Early Years), plus EYFS, Cambridge Early Years, or UAE MOE KG
  • Familiarity with UAE procurement cycles, KHDA compliance, and academic calendar rhythms
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and differentiated teaching; awareness of GCC Early Years policy trends (advantage)
