ISAS Beauty Academy is hiring a Sales and Academic Counselor to support enrollment growth and advise prospective students.
The counselor is a first point of contact and converts inquiries into enrollments through consultation and sales.

Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in visits; discuss career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course features, benefits, and differentiators; follow up with leads and close enrollment sales.
- Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and manage the sales cycle through enrollment and onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of curricula, schedules, and fees; provide customer service and keep CRM records accurate.
- Work with marketing and academic teams to improve sales strategies.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of sales, counseling, or client-facing experience in the UAE.
- Prior experience in a beauty academy, beauty clinic, or beauty/wellness sales industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales, meet targets, build rapport, and sell consultatively.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software; a high school diploma is required.
- Fluent English is essential. Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, or another language is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Compensation
