Role overview
The role is an AC Service Coordinator for an authorized service center in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily AC service calls and technician schedules.
- Follow up with technicians and track pending service jobs.
- Communicate with customers about appointments and job status.
- Coordinate spare parts, estimates, and pending cases.
- Update service jobs, maintain daily reports, and support day-to-day service center operations.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of AC systems is mandatory.
- Previous AC service coordination or HVAC service operations experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; basic Arabic communication is required.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to coordinate effectively with customers and AC technicians.
Compensation
- The posting states AED 2,200 per month plus company accommodation and also lists pay up to AED 2,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
