Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation site visits with clients or site managers.
• Assess airflow, AC vents, ducts, ceiling access and ideal diffuser placement.
• Install floor-standing, wall-mounted and HVAC-connected scent diffusers.
• Drill into HVAC ductwork and install atomiser tubes correctly.
• Ensure tubes are positioned safely without bending, drooping, looping or causing liquid backflow.
• Seal duct openings using HVAC tape, sealant and correct installation materials.
• Route cables neatly and discreetly.
• Program diffuser work/rest cycles and intensity settings.
• Test scent distribution with the HVAC system running.
• Complete monthly refill and maintenance visits.
• Refill scent oil and check diffuser operation.
• Troubleshoot no-scent output, leaking, blocked tubes and unit faults.
• Take clear photos/videos of every installation, including placement, cabling and HVAC seal.
• Submit service updates, photos and maintenance reports after each visit.
• Respond to urgent service issues within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain a clean, professional standard when working in luxury client environments.

Essential Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai or the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an AC Technician, HVAC Technician, MEP Technician, Facilities Technician or similar.
• Experience with split AC, ducted AC, FCU, AHU, ventilation systems and duct access.
• Confident drilling into ducts and sealing openings professionally.
• Comfortable working around ceiling access, service areas and HVAC systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge for power outlets, adapters, cables and safe equipment setup.
• Able to use drills, hand tools, anchors, brackets, HVAC tape, sealant and basic diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Able to work independently across client sites.
• Able to complete monthly maintenance and refill visits reliably.
• Good English communication.
• Presentable, punctual and professional with luxury hospitality, retail, residential and commercial clients.
• Able to provide photos/videos of previous AC/HVAC work if requested.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working in hotels, malls, luxury retail stores, villas, offices or commercial buildings.
• Experience with scent diffusers, aroma diffusers or scent marketing systems.
• HVAC/RAC certificate, ITI, technical diploma or equivalent.
• Immediate availability.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred
