Overview
- المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات:
- درجة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه في تخصصات ذات العلاقة (الموارد البشرية، التطوير المؤسسي، أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، منها 10 سنوات على الأقل في مجال التدريب داخل الدولة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (IELTS لا يقل عن 6 أو ما يعادله).
- الحصول على شهادة TOT معتمدة.
- الوصف الوظيفي:
- الإلمام بأحدث الأساليب والتقنيات في التدريب والتعليم الرقمي.
- متابعة وتطوير البرامج والدورات التدريبية وفق المستجدات محلياً ودولياً.
- بناء وتنفيذ شراكات محلية ودولية في مجال التدريب والتطوير.
- إعداد وتصميم المقترحات الفنية والمالية للبرامج التدريبية.
- إدارة عمليات التقديم على المناقصات وضمان الامتثال لمتطلباتها.
- العمل على الحصول على الاعتمادات الدولية للبرامج التدريبية وإعداد ملفاتها.
- المساهمة في تطوير محتوى الحقائب التدريبية.
- تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية ذات صلة ضمن نطاق الاختصاص.
