al Background:

A doctoral degree in fields such as Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Testing Technology and Instruments, or Non-destructive Testing (NDT) Technology.

Hold a high-level professional qualification certificate in non-destructive testing, such as Level II or Level III (the highest level) certificates, which may include but are not limited to RT (Radiographic Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), ET (Eddy Current Testing), etc., and possess in-depth expertise in specific areas of non-destructive testing technology.

Require several years of practical work experience related to non-destructive testing, particularly in research and development, project management, or complex problem-solving.

Technical experts may need to have experience in leading or participating in major scientific research projects.

Possess a profound theoretical foundation, be familiar with the latest non-destructive testing technologies, equipment, and software applications, and be capable of independent technology research and development, optimization, and innovation.

May also need to have skills in equipment magnetic circuit structure design, model establishment, and simulation optimization, as well as the extraction of sensor performance indicators.

Demonstrate strong research capabilities, including the ability to write technical reports, publish academic papers, and participate in or lead the application and implementation of scientific research projects.

Stay informed about industry trends, continuously learn new testing technologies and methods, and participate in professional trainings and conferences to keep professional knowledge at the forefront.

Have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English to facilitate reading international literature and participating in international cooperation and exchanges.
