We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi Branch
**The ROLE:** The ideal candidate should have local or in GCC a female fashion experience with excellent communication and customer service skills and be passionate about fashion.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of product , current sales and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Participate in inventory management , stock replenishment and follow sops and guidelines.
- Communicate with management regarding customer feedback and product requests
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in UAE Fashion/Clothing Retail: 3-5 years
- Abaya Retail experience: 1-2 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for fashion and style
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work across different branches
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
