Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Abacus classes for students of different ages and abilities.
• Teach and manage all Abacus program levels from beginner to advanced.
• Prepare structured lesson plans and learning activities.
• Adapt teaching methods to individual student needs and abilities.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Develop mental calculation, concentration, memory, speed, and accuracy.
• Maintain a positive, interactive, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents about student progress when required.
• Maintain attendance and academic progress records.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience as an Abacus Teacher, Trainer, or Instructor.
• Ability to teach all levels of the Abacus program.
• Strong knowledge of Abacus teaching methodologies and mental arithmetic techniques.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching children and supporting their learning development.
• Patient, responsible, punctual, and professional.

Compensation
