Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field.
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field which cannot be substituted for work experience.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience formulating, developing, documenting, or implementing policy, plans, or processes.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience planning and leading an organization to meet objectives or short-suspense time schedules.
At least 2 years demonstrated assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience compiling and delivering decision briefs to seniors and their staff.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans, policy, and business issues.
At least 2 years demonstrated experience building and maintaining a project schedule using MS Project.
