4th Grade Teacher Location: Davidson Charter Academy – Lexington, NC Employment Type: Full-Time, 10-Month Contract, 2026-2027 School Year Davidson Charter Academy (DCA) is a tuition-free public charter school committed to providing an innovative and rigorous academic program that prepares students for success. Davidson Charter Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Elementary Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to create engaging, effective lesson plans that align with state standards. Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid North Carolina Educator’s License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Teaching experience working with elementary students.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the school community.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Salary & Benefits * Prorated based on start date
• Salary based on the NC Certified Teacher Salary Schedule, years of experience, and licensure status
• A possible 3% local supplement
