Role overview

A day in the life

• Supervise and lead engineers and quality analysts.
• Coordinate data integrations, analytics, dashboards, maintenance operations, and quality assurance.
• Work across engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Own customer-consulted delivery plans and timelines.
• Drive technical deliverables and lead an engineering group.
• Negotiate features, enhancements, and incoming work with internal and external stakeholders.

What you need

• Strong technical project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering data integration and analytics projects of varying sizes.
• 8 to 10 years in ETL, data warehousing or analytics, BI, data visualization, and technical project management.
• Cross-functional experience across IT, software engineering, and business domains.
• Hands-on SQL data extraction experience; familiarity with ETL tools and mapping documents.
• Basic Python scripting experience.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and service-oriented architectures.

Preferred experience

• Agile methodology experience is a plus.
• US healthcare experience is a strong plus.
