Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and promotion across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate market conditions and team performance.
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in stationery, office supplies, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required).
