We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to join our Logistics & Supply Chain Department as part of our continued operational growth and distribution network expansion.
The role is responsible for overseeing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, optimizing warehouse performance, and maintaining high service standards across all storage and distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution activities
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations and on-time deliveries
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and service levels while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
- Lead and support warehouse teams, providing guidance, performance management, and training to maintain operational excellence
- Investigate and resolve operational issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, damages, and customer service concerns
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years' of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and distribution operations.
- Experience managing 3PL providers, service level agreements (SLAs), and warehouse performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within warehouse and logistics operations.
