3D Visualizer (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Visualization & RenderingProduce high-end, photo-realistic 3D visuals for luxury residential spaces including majlis, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dressing areas, and circulation spaces.Apply accurate lighting, materials, and textures consistent with approved mood boards, material palettes, and EVA’s visual identity.Deliver layered PSD outputs and ensure all visuals meet EVA’s luxury rendering standards (composition, realism, tone).Create cinematic walkthroughs or animations when required for client presentations.
• Design Development & CoordinationTranslate 2D drawings, sketches, and references into accurate 3D models aligned with design intent.Coordinate closely with 2D, FF&E, and Relationship Manager teams to ensure concept and client requirements are precisely represented.Adapt visuals based on feedback from the Head of Design, Relationship Manager, and Client — while maintaining brand integrity.
• Technical AccuracyEnsure accuracy in scale, joinery details, ceiling and MEP elements to support execution feasibility.Organize model structures logically (layers, materials, assets) to support design documentation and fit-out collaboration.Maintain clear file-naming and version control across all projects per EVA’s workflow standard.
• Workflow & Delivery DisciplineFollow EVA’s standard draft → pre-final → final review cycle.Commit to project timelines with a high level of accountability, managing feedback cycles efficiently.Optimize scenes and render pipelines for both speed and quality; coordinate with internal servers or render farms when applicable.
• Brand & Quality ConsistencyReflect EVA’s luxury brand signature — sophisticated mood, balance of natural and artificial lighting, and realism in materials and finishes.Ensure all visuals align with EVA’s presentation identity (color palette, frame ratios, watermarking, delivery format).Continuously enhance the rendering quality to position EVA among the top-tier luxury design studios in the region.
• Collaboration & CommunicationJoin design review sessions with the Head of Design, Relationship Managers, or clients (virtually or in person).
