Responsibilities

  • Produce photorealistic 3D renderings of marine, dredging, port, and infrastructure projects using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion.
  • Develop 3D concept models and design visualizations for client presentations, tender submissions, and management approvals.
  • Create project flythroughs, walkthrough animations, and construction methodology simulations to support Engineering and Commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain 3D scenes and assets in SketchUp and 3ds Max, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engineering drawings and design intent.
  • Assist the 3D Visualization Manager in managing visualization assets, file libraries, and project archives.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering, BIM, and Project Management teams to ensure visual outputs are consistent with project scope and technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, Structural), or equivalent
  • 3ds Max ,Lumion , Twinmotion , Unreal Engine , Unity , Vray , Enscape ,Infraworks, ACC , Power BI , Dynamo
  • Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks Software Certificates are preferred for NMDC D&M
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in 3D visualization in similar industries
