Workplace

• Hybrid work model: three days onsite and two days remote in Wilmington, Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Review and enforce against web results using intellectual property, online brand abuse, and customer-specific brand knowledge.
• Coordinate with global teams to align with customer brand-monitoring strategies.
• Investigate potentially fraudulent activity using open-source online resources.
• Prepare consultative reports on online appearances of brand abuse.
• Analyze large datasets for trends and anomalies.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.

Required competencies

• Strong internet research skills and a basic understanding of online trademark and copyright infringement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization, honesty, and attention to detail; able to produce quality results and manage work unsupervised.

Preferred experience

• Previous online brand protection experience is preferred.
• Experience in a technology-driven environment is a bonus.
