Full-time, hybrid Technical Sales Engineer role based in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The role promotes CRP GULF 3D printing services and Windform materials to industrial clients and OEMs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and promote services and materials to industrial clients and OEMs.
- Prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and advise on material selection and printing solutions.
- Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with engineering and production teams.
- Ensure smooth project handover from sales to operations.
- Maintain customer relationships, monitor additive manufacturing trends, and support post-sales technical issues.
Qualifications
- Strong sales engineering and technical sales skills, including converting customer needs into technical solutions.
- Sales ability including lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
- Clear communication of technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical support ability, including troubleshooting and advising on 3D printing applications and materials.
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or advanced composite experience is highly advantageous.
- Customer focus, independent work in a hybrid setup, and CRM familiarity are preferred.
- Fluent English is required; additional regional languages are an asset.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Dubai with some flexibility to work from home.
