About the company and role

Design and production work

• Create photorealistic 3D renders of stages, exhibition stands, gala dinners, activations, and venue layouts for pitches and client approvals.
• Produce accurate 2D AutoCAD plans, elevations, sections, and fabrication drawings.
• Turn sketches, mood boards, and client briefs into design concepts and develop multiple options under pitch deadlines.
• Work with suppliers and fabricators to make designs buildable, on budget, and to scale.
• Visit venues to take measurements and assess feasibility; revise designs based on client and internal feedback.
• Prepare walkthrough animations and 360-degree views when needed and maintain an organized library of models, materials, and past projects.
• Work can involve tight deadlines, including 24–48 hour design turnarounds.

Experience and portfolio

• 3–5 years of experience as a 3D designer; experience with an event management, exhibition, or production company in the UAE or GCC is ideal.
• Provide a portfolio or Behance profile showing concept renders and drawings for projects that were built.
• A degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, product design, or a related field.

Tools and knowledge

• Expert skills in 3ds Max and V-Ray, with strong AutoCAD skills for technical and fabrication drawings.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Lumion, Enscape, or Unreal Engine are a plus.
• Understand event structures, staging, trussing, LED screens, lighting, and venue constraints.
• Good spoken and written English; comfort working under pressure and maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly salary of up to AED 10,000, depending on experience.
• UAE employment visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE labour law.
