We are an exciting new Dubai-based startup building the next generation of digital solutions for the hospitality industry.
Our mission is to transform the hospitality experience through innovation, technology, and engaging digital content.
As we launch our brand, we are creating a unique 3D Animated Avatar brand ambassador named Lucy, who will become the face of our company across social media, marketing campaigns, and digital communications.
We’re looking for creative individuals who enjoy building something from the ground up and want to be part of an ambitious startup with global aspirations.

About The Role
We are looking for a talented 3D Animation Designer with motion design expertise to bring our existing 3D Avatar Lucy, to life.
Lucy has already been fully designed, textured, and rigged.
Your role will be to create engaging 15–20 second animated explainer clips for social media.
Each animation will feature Lucy explaining concepts, introducing new features, or delivering marketing messages using expressive character animation, animated backgrounds, text, icons, and motion graphics.
This is an ongoing opportunity to become a long-term creative partner as our company grows.

Responsibilities
- Animate our existing 3D character (Lucy).
- Create fun and expressive stroty tellings
- Create expressive facial animations and natural body movements.
- Produce high-quality lip-sync animation using voice-overs.
- Design animated backgrounds and supporting visual elements.
- Add motion graphics, text, icons, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Deliver polished animations optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the founders on creative concepts and storytelling.

Requirements
- Strong portfolio of 3D character animation.
- Experience creating short-form animated content for social media.
- Excellent understanding of animation timing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Proficiency with Blender, Maya, or equivalent 3D software.
- Experience with After Effects or similar motion graphics software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while contributing creative ideas.
