- Work with SBU leaders to align on priorities and track progress.
- Define and monitor KPIs to improve business health, operational effectiveness, and growth.
- Execute strategic initiatives for the insurance business unit in alignment with EXL’s goals.
- Partner with leadership to track priorities and support collaboration and accountability.
