Role Overview
We are hiring
two full-time Project Accountants
(Mid-Level & Junior-Level) to join our team in Dubai.
This role is critical in ensuring
financial accuracy, real-time reporting, strong tax compliance, and project-level financial control
across our operations.
You will work closely with
project teams and management
to oversee project finances, reporting, and compliance.
Open Positions
- **Mid-Level Project Accountant**
- (5–7 years experience)
- **Junior Project Accountant**
- (3–5 years experience)
Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Manage full-cycle accounting for
- project-based operations
- Track
- project costs, revenues, margins, and profitability
- Maintain accurate
- job costing and WIP (Work-in-Progress)
- Monitor
- budget vs. actual performance
- and highlight variances
- Collaborate closely with
- operations and project teams
Reporting & Financial Visibility
- Prepare
- daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Generate
- real-time / instant financial reports
- Develop and maintain
- financial dashboards
- Deliver
- cash flow reports, cost analysis, and profitability insights
- Continuously improve and automate reporting processes
Petty Cash & Expense Management
- Manage and control
- petty cash across projects and locations
- Ensure proper
- expense tracking, approvals, and reconciliations
- Monitor
- cost leakages and enforce financial discipline
- Conduct
- regular cash counts and reconciliations
Accounting Operations
- Handle
- monthly closing, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Manage
- accounts payable and receivable
- Perform
- bank reconciliations and transaction recording
- Support
- audit processes and compliance requirements
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with
- UAE tax regulations and FTA requirements
- Support
- Corporate Tax implementation, reporting, and documentation
- Manage
- VAT filings and related compliance activities
- Ensure proper handling of
- E-invoicing systems and digital reporting requirements
Systems & Process Improvement
- Work with:
- **Odoo (mandatory)**
- **Xero**
- **FieldInsight (preferred)**
- Improve
- financial systems, controls, and SOPs
- Ensure
- data accuracy and process standardization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- **Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent**
- Experience in
- project-based industries
- (construction, engineering, or technical services preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with
Odoo (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of
- Xero and FieldInsight
- Strong understanding of:
- Project accounting
- Cost control & budgeting
- Financial reporting & analysis
- **UAE Tax (FTA, VAT, Corporate Tax, E-invoicing)**
- High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
