Summary
The Production Team Lead is responsible to oversee daily operations in production area and Dry Pack to ensure that only the highest quality product is manufactured in a safe and efficient manner.
Train, mentor and share job knowledge and skill sets to help and guide the development of Operators, Wet Packers, & Dry Packers while safely, accurately and efficiently down-pack liquid, paste, and powder products from bulk containers to finished goods unit containers.
The Team Lead will be marked as the “Manager on Duty” if the Supervisor is out or unavailable.
Cross-training and regular back-up for other departments including Packing, Buddy Rhodes and/or Shipping, depending on capability and proficiency.
