2nd Shift Press Supervisor

Qualifications

• KNOWLEDGE: Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or a related production environment, plus previous supervisory or management experience, is required. Printing industry experience is strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of offset, flexographic, or finishing operations. Familiarity with Lean, 5S, or daily improvement practices is preferred; willingness to learn and apply Epsen Hillmer's approach is required.
• SKILLS: Strong leadership skills with the confidence to make decisions and hold employees accountable, and the ability to have difficult conversations and manage performance professionally. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to review production information, job specifications, and quality requirements, and basic computer skills to complete reviews, documentation, and production reports. • ABILITIES: THIS ROLE IS ONSITE IN OMAHA, NE and requires the ability to work at our office at 132nd & L Street. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds, and to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in a noisy, rapidly evolving environment. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when senior management is not onsite, and willingness to learn multiple departments, printing processes, and equipment.
