Essential Job Functions

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work during 2nd shift hours of operation (3:30 pm - 12:30 am)
• Successful completion of the basic math skills assessment.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a distribution center environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, as demonstrated by verbal and written communication assessment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting processes. (Preferred)
• Experience with RF scan gun equipment. (Preferred)
• Experience with Manhattan WM systems. (Preferred)
• Physical Abilities:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Regularly lift 10-25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Material Handling Equipment Operation: Order picker, pallet jack, Swing Reach.
• Ability to work in an elevated position to perform counts while wearing appropriate personal protective gear.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet established position goals for safety, accuracy, and productivity.
