About This Role
Overview
- I’m currently working with a global hedge fund / financial services organisation looking to hire an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Abu Dhabi.
- This is a highly hands-on role within a fast-paced, high-performance environment, supporting senior stakeholders and acting as a key escalation point across desktop, infrastructure, and end-user technology.
- You’ll be joining a globally recognised trading environment where technology is business critical, working closely with both local users and the wider global IT team.
- Key experience required:
- Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD / Entra ID
- Intune, SCCM, or equivalent endpoint management tools
- Networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN
- PowerShell scripting / automation exposure
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capability
- Experience within financial services / trading environments preferred

: Up to £85,000 Tax Free Equivalent
