Overview
- Perform vehicle measurements and 3D scanning of components and complete vehicles.
- Process and clean 3D scan data for use in product development.
- Design automotive components, accessories, and fabrication projects using CAD software.
- Develop sheet metal parts suitable for laser cutting, bending, and fabrication.
- Design tubular structures such as bumpers, roof racks, roll cages, swing-out carriers, and mounting systems.
- Produce detailed manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate closely with fabrication, welding, and mechanical teams during product development.
- Prototype, test, and refine products to ensure proper fitment and functionality.
- Maintain organized project files and revision control.
- Participate in research and development of new products for the automotive market.
