2D / 3D Animator (On-site)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities2D & 3D Animation

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, podcasts, and promotional videos.
• Develop character animations, logo animations, animated intros/outros, transitions, and cinematic visual effects.
• Design and animate environments, products, architectural visuals, and creative motion sequences.
• Produce realistic and stylized animations according to project requirements.

Motion Graphics & Video Production

• Create engaging motion graphics and animated visual elements for digital platforms.
• Develop animated infographics, typography animations, reels, and commercial content.
• Collaborate with the production and social media teams to deliver content optimized for multiple platforms.

Whiteboard & Explainer Videos

• Create professional whiteboard animation videos for educational, training, marketing, and corporate presentations.
• Develop storyboard concepts and convert scripts into visually engaging explainer videos.
• Synchronize animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.

Creative Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, shows, podcasts, and branded content.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and creative concepts before production.
• Ensure all visual content follows the brand identity and creative direction.
• Editing & post-production
• Perform video editing, compositing, color correction, rendering, and final output delivery.
• Optimize animation files for web, social media, presentations, and advertising platforms.
• Maintain organized project files and creative assets.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong expertise in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max
• Whiteboard animation tools (VideoScribe, Doodly, Vyond, etc.)
• Knowledge of motion graphics, rigging, compositing, rendering, and visual effects.
• Understanding of storytelling, timing, composition, and animation principles.
• Experience with sound synchronization and visual pacing.

Creative Skills

• Strong artistic and creative visualization abilities.
• Ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Understanding of modern social media trends and digital content styles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in animation and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, and whiteboard videos.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in real estate, fashion, media production, podcasts, or advertising industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI animation tools and modern content automation platforms is an advantage.
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and commercial campaigns
