Responsibilities
- Managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and monitoring distribution processes. Excel: Utilizing Excel for data analysis, creating reports and graphs, and performing complex calculations. Collaboration: Working with various teams within the organization to improve processes and maximize efficiency materials. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers. Track and update inventory levels in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare shipping documents, customs forms, and delivery notes. English: Fluent writing and speaking in English - mandatory .
Requirements
- up to 2 years of experience in technological & Computing logistics roles – mandatory . High proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas and data analysis) – mandatory. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Strong command of English (both written and spoken) – mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
